Saying goodbye to custom development services
As of June 2011, Fab Apps no longer provides custom online communications and development services to our clients. We’re sorry to say goodbye to all of our wonderful clients, some of whom had been with us since 2006 or longer. But we wanted to focus on what really excites us — creating fabulous apps. This year, we’re focused on growing the Bubbly crowdsourcing platform, improving our Text Web text-only mobile browser, and rolling out the FonQuiz mobile quiz platform. This week we launched FonQuiz, our new platform for creating informative, high-quality quiz games for mobile platforms including iPhone, Android, and Kindle. We have released our first title, the Pride and Prejudice Quiz Game by FonQuiz in the iTunes App store this week, and Kindle and Android editions are on the way. The cat is officially out of the bag: Fab Apps is spinning out its custom web development business to focus exclusively on developing web + mobile app products! In particular, we’ll continue to improve the Bubbly crowdsouring platform and grow its user base, release more features in Text Web, our text-only web browser for iPhone and iPad, and launch a brand new mobile app for learning, FonQuiz, this spring.
